Declined Service Reminders

You made the recommendation, and the customer declined it at the time. But your customers trust you with their car. So, let’s send a reminder that it needs a little work still and continue that “relationship” you have built with them.

We have found through testing that a simple and clean reminder works best.

We use two categories: Service and Tires. We send a declined service reminder showing which was recommended (or both) out twice a month to those customers who refused the work at the time they were in your shop.

Using this approach has increased response rate
from 1 in 16 coming in for the service to 1 in 4!
